Solicitation Permit Application Instructions

1. All fees are non-refundable and must accompany the solicitation permit application.

2. Applications with incomplete, illegible, or missing information will not be processed.

3. Applicant must provide an official form of identification with a photo.

4. Applicant must state if they have ever been convicted of a felony.

5. Applicant must state if they have ever been convicted of a misdemeanor involving moral turpitude. A misdemeanor involving moral turpitude includes but not limited to: Sexual offenses, Forgery/fraud related offenses, Drug/narcotic related offense, Intoxication offenses, Theft Weapons related offenses, Assault Criminal Mischief.

6. A criminal history check will be conducted on all applicants. Applications with incomplete or omitted criminal history information will not be processed.

7. All applications must be signed, dated and notarized.
