Community Crime Map: Web application that shows reported crimes. Citizens can freely view crime data on the site and if desired, create a free account for automated email reports. The LexisNexis Community Crime Map for Richardson is meant to give citizens a general overview. It is not a comprehensive list of all activity. Some types of crime, for example, those involving juvenile suspects or juvenile victims, and incidents involving a sexual offense are not shown. The visibility of a crime may change if the investigation determines the report is unfounded. Citizens that may have questions about specific crimes, can contact the Community Relations Unit at 972-744-4955.
